Career spotlight

"I joined Pyramid in 2016 as a Wayfair Administrator before progressing into Sales Administration, where I worked with our sales representatives and agents to process orders for independent customers.

I then moved into the National Accounts Administration team, supporting key customers including The Range, Next and Dunelm. This role gave me a broader understanding of the business Pyramids footprint on the world of licensed merch!

In 2025, I was promoted to Senior Sales Merchandiser after supporting national accounts across the UK and Export teams. The role strengthened my commercial knowledge and leadership skills, leading to my promotion to UK Sales Merchandiser Manager.

Today, I lead the Sales Merchandiser team, overseeing processes for some of our largest UK customers. I also work with managers across the business to improve efficiency and ensure we deliver the highest level of service."
