Career spotlight
“I started working at Pyramid when I was 17 years old as the office apprentice doing a level 2 business administration apprenticeship, I really enjoyed that I got to do different tasks everyday and gain a qualification whilst earning a wage. When my apprenticeship ended, I did maternity cover for one of my colleagues where I was able to grow my knowledge of our customers and their unique needs, I also got to experience using customers portals.
Once maternity cover ended I was taken on full time as Sales Admin Coordinator and customer service adviser, in this role I worked with field reps and national account managers as well as answering direct customer queries, I find it very rewarding dealing with customers and helping with any queries that they may have in a timely manor and keeping them informed so that their mind is at ease knowing that their order is in good hands.
In the new year I will be starting a new role as the Creative administrator, I am very excited to start a new role within Pyramid and learn new processes from scratch within a completely new team. I feel very lucky to have been given so many different roles and opportunities within Pyramid from such a young age where I have been able to explore a career path and find myself as a professional. “
