Sales & Ordering

How do I place an order?
Place orders via the website once your trade account is set up. You can also call or email the sales team. EU customers can order via our EU Hub (Germany).
How do I pay and what are your terms?
New customers pay on a pro forma basis until a trading history is established. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Payments are taken in UK Sterling unless stated otherwise.
What are the minimum order values?
  • UK: £300 + VAT
  • International: £600
  • EU Hub (Germany): €1000, please order in carton quantities
How long will my order take?
  • UK: most orders despatched within 48 hours
  • Export: target despatch within 72 hours
  • Print on demand: about one week
  • EU Hub: ~3 working days to despatch
Can I return products?
We do not offer sale or return. You may exchange up to 15% of a poster order to refresh titles. Returns are only accepted if an order was incorrectly sent. For credits or exchanges, contact your Account Manager.
Are your products licensed?
Yes. All products are fully licensed.

Licensing & Creative

I have a new property or artwork to propose. What should I do?
We welcome up-and-coming brands, artists and film/TV properties. Contact the licensing team on 0116 284 3644 or email licensing.creative@pyramidinternational.com.
How are usage fees negotiated?
We may agree a flat usage fee or a contract with an advance and a royalty percentage on sales during the term.
How often are royalty reports produced?
Quarterly, sent by email as clear Excel statements.
Can you turn designs quickly for UK-made production?
Yes. Our design team can often turn artwork within a day, and with UK production we can proof and manufacture very quickly for tours and promotions.

Production & Manufacturing

How do you ensure quality and care for my order?
We invest in our people and processes, hold the Investors in People Standard, and focus on training and multi-skilling for consistent quality.
How do you ensure stock availability?
Our stock control system tracks goods across the supply chain, giving visibility from suppliers to customer warehouses.
Do you take bespoke printing requests?
Yes. Our in-house capabilities and partner network support a wide range of custom products. Please contact our Operations Manager to discuss your brief and receive a quotation.
